Missions Video

As you may remember me mentioning before, B went on a missions trip to Texas earlier this month.

I received an email yesterday that included a link to a video taken during the trip.  If you're interested, here's the video.  B is the one in glasses that you see walking during one scene early on, painting a board later, on a ladder giving a high five to another boy and finally on a ladder using the screw gun. 

You'll see them putting up a ceiling in the house.  If you're not knowledgeable in ceiling installation (like me), the holes are supposed to be there.  :)

Joining the Masses

Oh yeah, you're about to be subjected to pictures of Smoochiefrog's tadpoles from the first day of school.  I figured I needed to be like everyone else.  :)

If you need me, I'll be over in the corner sucking my thumb, drooling, mumbling and refusing to admit life just keeps on rolling no matter how much I want it to freeze so I can enjoy it more.

Gross, Just Gross

So I'm driving home after dropping M off at her last day of dance camp (glory hallelujah!) and I spot the new sign in front of Hardee's (that's Carl Jr's for you West Coast peeps).  It read:

New! 
Fried
Bologna
Biscuit

I threw up in my mouth a little after reading that. 

There are just some things that should NOT ever make it into the public sector.

Seriously.

Baseball in Baltimore

I know, I know.  If you have my blog in your reader you saw a post about the baseball game from Sunday.  If you tried to comment, you may have noticed the post didn't exist.  I made a mistake, and this is my chance to fix it.  :)
